Troop 22 has been chartered since 1950 and is currently affiliated with St. Andrew Presbyterian Church on the north side of Muncie, Indiana. We accept members from all faiths and schools in Delaware County. Our troop follows the boy-run philosophy, plans about one outing a month, and has produced several Eagle Scouts every year for the last decade.
